Q…Can I collect a purchase from your shop?

A…In most cases you can collect from my shop between 9am and 5pm or after hours from my home in Finglas.  Just phone to arrange.  Some other parts could be in my storage unit so it could take 2-3 days

 

Q…Can I return my purchase?

A…You sure can but it must be unopened and in a resalable condition and with receipt provided by me.  Cost of return postage will be covered by the buyer.

 

Q…How do I pay?

A…If collecting you can pay with cash but online use Paypal, Stripe or Revolut.

Q…How long does delivery take?

A…The courier I use is AnPost and delivery is usually between 2 and 3 days.  A tracking number will be provided.

Q…Do I need an appointment to bring in my PC or laptop for repair?

A…Because I work on my own, it’s always wise to call because I could be on a house call.

Q…What do I need to bring with me when dropping off my computer or laptop?

A…For desktop computers, all you need to bring in is the tower. For laptops, please be sure to bring in the charger.

Q…Do you make house calls?

A…I do make house calls, but not all repairs can be carried out in your home.  I might have to bring your computer back to the shop for repair.

Q…How long will the repair take?

A…It depends on the issue and if parts need to be sourced for the repair.  I take pride in having a fast turn-around so you won’t be without your computer too long.

Q…I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with my computer, can you still help me if I can't explain the issue?

A…Of course I can, bring your computer to my office and I’ll set it up and you can go through the issues with me.

Q…I accidentally deleted some important files, is there any way to get them back?

A…Yes, 99% of the time I can recover deleted data.
